I’m just going to assume that arbitrator at the time couldn’t make a decision because he or she didn’t have all the information they needed at the time? Or maybe either party requested more time to prove their side.
Unless people are confusing lawsuits because there have been more than one. I don’t believe much information about this one has been talked about until recent and I don’t remember a judge making a decision about anything.
I’m not a lawyer so take what I say lightly but the above statement about arbitration is correct. At the end of the day the arbitrator will make the decision. They can reward 1 dollar or 100 trillion dollars to Cytodyn. We just have to wait for the decision to be made like Cytodyn.
