Couldn't pass up this opportunity. Like shooting fish in a barrel over there.Do they actually know what they saying?

I think the messenger meant "still haven't" operated a medical waste facility....and "wasted" a lot of money ... from no experience and very poor management.
Should anyone be getting their hopes up over another pipedream promoting a possible solar panel plant being financed and built. lol Company track record sucks.
