My personal believe is Antonio made few if any decisions as acting President of Cytodyn. The Board was running the company along with strong legal advise from lawyers on what to say and not say to the public, hence few PRs and reduced CCs . They fired NP and started cleaning up the mess immediately thereafter..The company shifted dramatically once SK was removed from the COB role because he was purely a figurehead . NP ran the company and because SK was a direct report to Kelly , did nothing to stop the spending on Covid by NP , mainly because he couldn’t ..the big question now is has the Board’s early changes, along with the addition of our new President enough to get us over the finish line. I don’t think Cyrus would have come to a company that was close to cratering . So there is probably enough progress on a few critical fronts that made him make the decision to come on board. I’m sticking to the safety hold being released by mid to late fall and hoping things start falling into place soon after.
