The company was understaffed and overpaid. They were firing in all directions, looking at every indication, testing out the waters.
Scott had no time to do an audit on Amarex. Like Hulk said, he was looking into other indications, not doing the grunt work of data entry or data monitoring or insuring data was properly formatted.
Scott is fully behind Cyrus now, that is clear. He has learned, albeit, the hard way, what not to do. Can he be entrusted not to make the same mistakes?
Like ohm and Hulk have suggested, the board, led by Tanya, seems to know what they are doing, getting us out of the deep hole we're in. A unanimous decision was made in selecting Cyrus. So too a unanimous decision was likely made in holding onto Scott. If you appreciate what the board has done since Antonio Migliarese took the helm, and what has been done internally, then you should appreciate their decision to keep Scott Kelly and leave it alone.
But like Sean has alluded to, we need to score.
