"SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
We completed our definitive agreement, from our LOI. We will sign everything tomorrow, and I will post the information to that effect, and we will make a formal PR announcement on Monday. The great news, is that this "movement forward" is also encouraging our other deals to move towards a closure."
