Update - September 29 [after close}:
The final agreement is in and it's signed. The good news is that it also excited and motivated my other deals representatives to move those deals along as well...but in all fairness, all of us want SUTI to succeed....we'll post more updates tomorrow ...also,don't forget the farm.
