Agreed Flash. I think it's a great time to buy in, for those with dry powder. For me, i'm just way over-committed already having averaged down many times - i'll do well if we take off, but i can't afford to add. So i'm holding tight.
But for those who are new, or still adding - for sure it seems like a great time.
