I think it's kind of funny that so many think Cyrus has duct tape on his mouth and that is why he is being quiet. I really just think the difference between now and then is that NP couldn't shut his mouth and spouted whatever came to mind, and Cyrus isn't that kind of person, but also has nothing to say right now.
