Wrong - both posts expose a fundamental misunderstanding of bankruptcy. A court could take the authorized but unissued shares from Solterra and give them to a lender in satisfaction of the debt, a court can void issued shares, a court can do pretty much anything it wants to the equity when restructuring the company. That's why a it's call a restructuring as you've pointed out many times. If the debt exceeds the assets, the court could wipe away QMC's ownership completely.
