At this moment I can't think of anything positive about this. So much for setting up a board designed for the NASDAQ.

Any idea when we'll actually see the required filings and get off of the pinks? I'm glad to see positive movement but without the actual required filings I'll remain worried and deeply under water financially with this stock.

Really doesn't look like communication was ever QMC strong suit.

IMHO,the company is in much better shape today then it has ever been.
