Juul did everything possible to market to teens...except wrap the pipes/eCigs in candy cane-colored ribbon. EVERYthing is a negotiation...wrapped in green.
I'm interested to see how effective SA is in arbitration...and the likely following lawsuit.
I found out over the weekend that a lawyer friend of mine who works for Charlie Munger...here in LA...also represents SA in litigation...it's a small, small World.
