Related-- Did e-cig maker Juul market its product to kids/teens? The lawsuit against them goes away with their $438.5 million payment to settle with 34 states.
Juul may just look at it as a cost of doing business. Others may see the many young humans who are now addicted to nicotine (a very tough substance to 'discontinue').
Plenty of financial ways or other ways for BigPharm actions/allegations to go away.
