OK... just got the answer. That trade was marked FT which means it was not the last trade of the day. They will adjust this Monday morning. We officially closed at .017 This print was a combination of many trades a market maker did throughout the day averaged into one print for their account. It's also not from a single share holder. This market maker probably did trades for hundreds of different client today.
