Your story and conclusion miss my point. I have never doubted the "conspiracy theory" boogeyman of the ruling class. Conspiracies, from microscopic to giant, has been the only way to preserve the rule of the so-called 'elites' over the majority. Doubly so in the so-called modern 'democracies' and 'autocracies.' My point was that these elites are not monolithic and in perpetuity conspire against each other just as they do over us, the little men. Perl Harbor was a conspiracy of one elite against another as well as Plan Barbarossa just as the plan to hijack LL by that 13D gang was a conspiracy. Neither SEC or FDA are monolithic too but consist of groups influenced by competing groups of capitalists. So I argue that these cleavages between the masters of this world has become our only hope after they had succeeded in destroying all social bonds of solidarity between the working class people and even a mental possibility of a better world in their heads. So yes, a Gilead or a group of Gileads and their associates in government and underworld could and most likely did conspire against CYDY but they would not be able to prevent their competitors to buy it if they saw objective clinical data attractive enough to do so.
