When JPox was in his 40's, he thought he was an iLie bawler. He thought he was in 'da club' and could pump and make bank on any stock.
The reality was, he's was a pariah to everyone...
"Yep, JPetroinc the scammer gave Imperald Gerald $140,000 in cash for a big fat stock certificate back in 2013 that he planned on dumping on Amarantus BioScience shareholders while he pumped his little corrupt heart out"

Do you know why companies make offerings to accredited investors?
It's because if they are laying down $100K or $10M, they understand the risk side of the equation and aren't going to ball like a two year old for years.
