The Canadian wanted to extend it to Russian Central Bank frozen Reserves at the Bank of Canada, but Janet Yellen is screaming at them not to do it because of the implications for the Fed and the dollar.
Literally - this is PEAK stupidity. If the West is that stupid that we are now thieves, pirates, and challenging China into shooting on the US, God have mercy.
