2021....So the "intention" is to De-Nitrogenate Europe's breadbasket....my guess is that Russia's own grain harvest will also turn out to be very low in 2022.
Vlad is only the Enforcer of pre-existing agreements and his participation was to be paid off in windfall oil and gas profits....the predictable and intended purpose of the "sanctions"....and the reason why Xi and Vlad are still going along with the Croaxdemic.
