Reading Kelly's body language and tone of voice, and knowing what a control addict Nader was, I think that Kelly was controlled by and intimidated by, and criticized by Nader. Kelly may be good for the company now that Nader is gone, he can contribute without his contributions and ideas being shot down by Nader. He surely knows Leronlimab well, it's potential, it's history with clinical trials and all the potential uses/benefits.
I hate to see dilution but it's needed and justified considering all the catalysts that are cooking. I'd rather see a partnership, because there has been so much pain and struggle, a partnership would lock in some security and give investors some relief.
