The share price was substantially higher at the time of the last raise.
At current SP, 350M shares at .43 raises a lot less cash than the 200M could have at the time it was approved.
I have come to believe this is an all-or-nothing investment.
Leronlimab will either fly or crash. I believe it will fly...and then soar... which is why I am a Long.
Management needs the flexibilty of funding.
With any luck, most of the additional shares will never be needed.
Approve the shares and don't look back.
