We all have our pet projects. For me, it's the insurance codes which I honestly believe is the 'second' shoe to drop after the full FDA clearance. I understand there have been lots of milestones I'm leaving out but the FDA clearance has enabled all the business relationships since then and the insurance codes will enable affordability. We kowtowed enough times to the FDA and now we must do comparable ass-kissing to the insurance (CPT, et. al.) 'shakedown bullies' to be granted the code(s). Coupled w/ that is the caveat that the insurance companies will include it in their formularies. I am ASS-U-MING it is a package deal of sorts; for lack of a better way to put it.
Given that the preceding paragraph comes to fruition, it will open up the flood gates vis-a-vis product adoption and access across a wide swath of outlets; brick & mortar and online in 38 (or more) countries. So, you have a two pronged approach through it's uncompromising efficacy and now have it paid for thru your insurance! And there is a lot of meat on that bone.
Given all that, the marketing departments everywhere will have a field day writing copy to attract new users of our PEMF products. And let's not forget a possible scenario when all this transpires. IMO, we will be extremely attractive as a buyout (or acquisition, merger, wholly owned subsidiary, etc.) candidate. So, yea, this year, 2022, could be a game changer for many of us.
That's enough for a tuesday.
