It's more of an industry than a conspiracy. The fake law suits come up on every threatening company, the lobbyists, the hit pieces by biotech writers, everyone who's a threat to the FDA/BP gets the same treatment.

I feel the winners are the one's who pay attention and find ways around that or they join up with a BP partner.
