i go back to what Jay Lalezari said: basically, that our management was the most incompetent, inept that he had ever seen in all of his years of dealing with companies in the biotech space. think about that statement.
so, if you believe him - how is it a surprise that the company bungled every opportunity to get this drug to approval (which isn't a simple process, even with a great manager)?
i think the future is in our hands. if we can produce great NASH results in a real trial with results that don't require some type of re-organization, etc., we'll hit paydirt. If we can get the BLA completed with someone other than a disastrous CRO (who was of our own choosing by the way), we could hit paydirt there too.
