I agree GET MONEY.  This deal with NorthCal is huge, and there is no telling what may become of it.  I just wish it would move faster, but that is simply life.  This will take as long as it will take.  If you think about it, a robotic arm is a proven technology with fairly straight forward electro-mechanical mechanisms.  On the other hand, our competitor uses a submarine the size of a small car, and controlled by cables from above.   I know the way I would go.
