Thank you for summarizing the series of CRGP litigation history in simplest terms so everyone won't be deceived by any bad actors.
I would add CRGP investor property and mishandling of custody of said property could result in serious liability claims aswell. Brokers are responsible for the custody of investor property regardless of market maker procedures to provide liquidity and 3rd party participants in the market.
Not selling anything cheap especially below $1.
Will not fall for any distractions to steal my property away from me at a discount.
Courts protected investor property in this matter for a reason!
