Thank you for summarizing the series of CRGP litigation history in simplest terms so everyone won't be deceived by any bad actors.
I would add CRGP investor property and mishandling of custody of said property could result in serious liability claims aswell. Brokers are responsible for the custody of investor property regardless of market maker procedures to provide liquidity and 3rd party participants in the market.
Not selling anything cheap especially below $1.
Will not fall for any distractions to steal my property away from me at a discount.
Courts protected investor property in this matter for a reason!

The court ruled against the plaintiffs…twice. Basically told them they caused their own problems due to wilful negligence/greed and that the average retail investor/trader shouldn’t have to pay the price for their stupidity. As expected, some of the plaintiffs were outraged that they couldn’t work the system to their favour. I suspect some of the same agitated entities are still exposed here.
And before you excitedly announce that Calissio was found “guilty”, you should understand that they simply defaulted for failure to respond or defend themselves. There is a big difference between a finding of culpability and a default judgment.
And a Nevada court recently sided with the company as well.
Seems that whatever is going on here is worthy of courts siding with the company and rejecting third party efforts to screw around with it.
