sorry correction... it looks as though he was attending the conference for the RFP for the contract and may have adapted TIME's site that year for this type of work. 2018 we see a shift in services back to what is offered now.

So in 2017, Tara Doaty Phd was joining forces with Doc to try and get that contract.
