Wow! look at the about us pg.
Impressive list of staff and array of services. So at the time Doc was attending this conference to take on Prison Mental Health services he had quite a team of people to do this as well. Sage is listed and all as a non-profit! (2017) Something tells me TIME had a good contract with the prison system to handle this type of care. just look at 2016, completely different model and similar to what he has now.
