No, it means they believe the shares are more valuable than the cash. If the company was that cash poor and teetering on bankruptcy, I'd expect to see everyone walking out the door. I'd also expect to see them selling those same shares to offset the reduction in pay, but I don't recall see any SEC forms showing where mgmt has been selling their shares. Perhaps I missed them -- have you seen them?
