When the Board and management accept payment in stock, they are showing their faith in the company.
It certainly does NOT necessarily mean that there is no cash left -- unless you think that Pfizer, Ford, Apple, Microsoft, Google, etc. have no cash. They also give their management and board stock options or awards of stock or warrants.
Craig, perhaps you should heed this maxim, unless it interferes too much with your bashing:
"Better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and prove it."
