Re: The Illest #10713

I think the dynamics of the stock going forward all depends on the level of buying pressure versus selling pressure and how those numbers measure up against how large the float is at this point (which is rather large unfortunately). If the retail investor buying/accumulation doesn't hold a candle to the size of the float then the stock really has no chance to move anywhich way because the supply of shares is so large. However, on any big fundamental game changer or news coming from the company, the entire OTC market worth of traders could be falling over themselves to get shares in RFMK some day and then the situation could change dramatically whereby all the dilution over the months and years may not matter at all when up against the number of interested investors wanting shares at any price. That is the dynamic that no one seems to want to talk about.

Obviously, in order to move forward we really need to get that audit done and see the 10K filed, an uplisting eventually is just a bonus but for now we have waited for a long long time for shareholders to get transparency. Just my opinions but I still think RFMK will become fully reporting at some point but I also feel the promises by the CEO have run their course and shareholders deserve better, so I have mixed feelings about the company and stock. One thing I can tell you is that if all we have to rant and debate about these days is the exact timing and sequence of this or that form to be filed or not, then I would say RFMK is doing great and we have nothing to worry about!

Seriously, I think there a far greater concerns for shareholders going forward, as well as many positives which have huge potential for greatness but for which no one is even talking about. The bashers seem to be getting quite desperate lately. The problem with bashing a stock just for the sake of fun or whatever other reason these folks have to spend 24/7 every day of their lives to login to a site and bash away is that there is no time spent to actually learn the details and do the real "DD" required to have a deep understanding of what is actually going on with the company and stock. From what I have seen, the more one actually knows, the greater positives AND the greater negatives one can see. It is not all sunshine and rainbows but its also not all dark clouds and rain. Just my 2 cents...

He who knows he knows, knows not. He who knows he does not know, knows.
