Wrong, again. That link is not better targeted to the discussion at hand; RFMK becoming fully reporting and what all financial documents are required to become "fully reporting" with the SEC. You may want to actually read the links you post here, that link is one of the pages on that site discussing the details of private companies "going public" and also the details of becoming quoted on the OTCBB. Down at the bottom of the page there is a link which directs to a page my post had a link to.
