Are you thinking that SA is handling this case on a contingency basis and not an hourly billing basis? I would love to believe that. Do we have evidence of a contingency fee basis? A contingency fee client/lawyer relationship is strong evidence that SA believes CYDY's case vs Amarex is pretty much in the bag for cydy.
