Leronlimab doesn't cross the blood brain barrier.

Leronlimab is transported across the barrier by white blood cells to which leronlimab is bound.
Any other CCR5 antagonist, like maraviroc, could be transported similarly.
Probs the maraviroc people have never run an experiment to test this.
Antibodies, like leronlimab, are too large to cross the blood brain barrier on their own.
Maraviroc is not an antibody. I think its also much smaller than an antibody. It might cross on its own if its small enough.
