Another failure that was preventable - "WORKED DILIGENTLY"? DOING WHAT??
They only jumped into action after babies started to be admitted to hospitals due to the shortage!
And 48 hrs later, the Air Force flew in thousands of pounds of formula!
God forbid a baby died because its mother could not feed it!
