I have stated this all along that the big money contracts for telehealth are tied up at the moment as the State of Maryland is lagging behind in an IT framework that is similar to Georgia. Just recently they passed several bills which he mentions as he talks about the need for telehealth going forward. Minute 11 "telehealth is here to stay and we need to take down the barriers to providers..."
Without these contracts, Doc cannot roll out his plan. Covid was moving this process right along and now its stalled. He talks about the next steps. This is Docs plan in a nutshell.
