yes i saw that when i went to the dec update after my post
others had mentioned raising money via pipes so that was my train of thought
to my knowledge there is no method available to NNLX to apply to avoid trading restrictions long enough to raise money for accounting fees and the 10000 yearly membership fee in compliance w new 15c2-11
so they will have to raise such privately
on sec companies who got behind, 10q's and 10 k's were either reported on otc
as they came in or in batches- dont know which of those 2 processes we will see
here
