due to financial constraints NNLX had been on otc no info class (now eliminated of course) to save the ca 3500/yr( last i knew) cost of limited info status-plus accounting fees for such (limited info also eliminated now as a starter position)
'no info' class was never intended by the powers that be as a permanent resting place and the writing on the wall had been for years that no info would be ended
-that was finalized by the new 15c2-11
and with many agencies and non agencies and other groups preying on the no info class it was no longer a safe place to be- but was a mine field for such groups without notice or due process to steal the stock by a fraudulent private public de facto eminent domain type of process and other processes or non processes
the only thing that was not surprising is that for those who follow these things the end of 'no info' by 15c2-11 modification was forecast for 2 years utilizing due process(political appointees had determined the outcome before the process started but they actually went through the motions of due process and notice this time)
unlike c 2000 companies who suffered restrictions without notice or due process on the previous round of eliminating business bc "all business is evil and must be destroyed"
