The circus over on ihub is very entertaining. One of the clowns suggested he would prefer a reverse split over bk.
A 1,000 reverse would yield current holders with owning 975 thousand shares out of the 1b authorized. A 100 split would yield current holders with 9.75 million shares out of 1 billion authorized. By comparison current holders hold 975m out of 1b billion authorized. Further, if a reverse is processed I believe the shorts would jump all this stock.
Even more amusing is the push back on investors who are striving to keep the management accountable. Instead of pushing back on the company they seem to push back on those that share concern. Makes me wonder if if they are even holders. Hello, stock is down 90 plus percent over the past year.
