This is not how it happened. Amarex is not off the hook because a frustrated Nader told them to file the bla next week done or not. Amarex had everything they needed to file the bla, and fix any of the problems in the past filings. Amarex is the licensedCRO, they ultimately have to standby their work or risk losing their license. They did not file the BLA a week later per Nader’s email demand, it was filed a month later, Amarex failed to be able to even file an incomplete bla. Amarex is responsible for this huge delay, a delay that has extended 2x the time it took to complete the actual trial. They have no excuses, us share holders paid them. Nader did not do the work or has any responsibility for the quality of the work, the CRO is independent and responsible.
