When there is no evidence to support your theory. Are you listening to the shorts? They have no evidence. Makes you wonder why the judge was so in favor of Cytodyn that they only had to put up a 6.5 million bond. To get all that information we sought.
Hmmm? Maybe… just maybe the email has no bearing on what Amarex did to Cytodyn. Because if that’s what your are basing your opinion on is the email. Then your footing is pretty slippery. One must have evidence in order to convince someone else’s of changing their opinion. You haven’t shown any evidence at all. Oh… and please don’t try to say the email has bearing. If it did… the bond would of been much higher. You can bet on that. There has been no omission by Nader or Cytodyn of knowing the BLA was not going to be accepted by the FDA.
Just stating your opinion over and over doesn’t make anything you say true. I appreciate opinions and I have read yours. I am not buying what you are selling about Nader. I have not seen actual lies from Nader. Even the FDA will have trouble taking him down for lying if they try. You have to remember the waiver of speaking about speculative comments for future events being pretty easy to explain away. This was read aloud every Conference Call or web cast. The facts he brought up are most likely documented facts that he told us. I don’t see Nader with a jail or prison wish and see him as a far sight smarter than the average person on what can be pushed and how far. He has been doing this for what? 10 years almost? The comments he made that the FDA are pushing is the maximum that can be pushed and can be disposed of with a good lawyer. They are not lies… The FDA should be happy that he was fired and will probably leave it at that. Nader wasn’t effective any longer at raising the stock price. Maybe you know something about that… having been in Naders position I believe.
Luckily we took Nader out of the picture before the house collapsed and we were left with nothing. There is still lots of hope for us going forward. I have no hard feeling for Nader or should we if we are still invested in CYDY. None of this would of even happened had Nader not went out on a limb and bought Leronlimab. We all owe him our thanks for that one task. As for everything else now at this point… water under the bridge for Nader. Now we right the ship and move on with a better defined directions and timelines we can count on until we see different.
As for slandering Nader as a liar… show us some definitive evidence. Then maybe we can see the light your trying to shine on this board. Until then… we will all carry our own opinions on Nader until proven different. But thanks for your passion.
