Tob, you seem to lack the basic understanding of doing business in Mexico. You seem to be confused because you always fall back on it is a private company. Tob, it is using the (S.A. de C.V.) designation meaning it is a variable capital Corp, "S.A.B" means it is a public company . I am not certain why you are finding this so difficult to understand.
Private companies also have to register with the Mexican government. Here are the steps needed for being a SA de CV company.
1. Sign the deed of incorporation before a notary public.
2. Obtain Tax Registry Number (RFC). From tuempresa.gob.mx
3. File online the deed of incorporation with the Public Register of Commerce
4. Register with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, IMSS (imss.gob.mx)
5. The company must register with the local tax administration after registering with the IMSS. The local office can be found at finanzas.df.gob.mx.
6. Register with the National Business Information Registry (Sistema de Information Empresarial, SIEM) Mandatory registration with the National Business Information Registry (Sistema de Information Empresarial, SIEM) has been in effect since January 1997. (siem.gob.mx)
Tob, Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. is not found in any of these databases.
So, let's see you have said the Ministry of Economy database is not updated - and actually it is updated daily.
Now, in all of the Mexican government databases for a corporation to register MSJ is nowhere to be found.
I guess it is missing like the SRGE office is missing.
There is a very clear and precise path for companies (private or public) to incorporate and register in Mexico.
I have searched each database and MSJ isn't in any of them.
