16. The telephone number was put on call-forward to the cell phones of two private parties and is now on call-forward to a Google Voice telephone number. The company ceased answering the telephone as of 2/14/13 or earlier.
17. The former SRGE attorney, Luis Carillo of Carillo Huttel, abruptly shut down his San Diego practice with no announcement and has apparently fled the country.
