Yawn. NMG, management is management a simple task to subcontract and higher experts in any field.
General contractors do it on a daily basis.
If I were to make a guess about Bella Electric subsidiary I would say either infused into Sun Pacific Power or dissolved.
Based on most recent 10-K it looks like
- Sun Pacific Power Corp. has entered into an agreement with Fox-ess, a global leader in the development of inverter and energy storage solutions as a wholesale distributer for North and South America and Australia. Sun Pacific Power Corp.
- entered into an agreement with a South Asian solar manufacturer (now known to be IST) to act as a original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) for Sun Pacific Solar Panels and associated products.
- while NMG gets ready to start Durango
- fighting the appeal for Medrecycler-RI
- and contract to build and maintain 1700 solar bus shelters
