Keep an eye on Nevada SOS for Reverse Split and Authorized Shares filing with the state of incorporation per the very recent 14C filing.
In my opinion, this filing has much better chance of happening than not happening. I would not be surprised if happens next week. The last RS warning was a false alarm and backfired on the company. The company can't afford another false alarm in the state it's in. Shareholders will end up paying the price again. in my humble opinion
Desperation is at an all time high.
