IIRC someone pointed out NP had a compensation incentive tied to submission of the BLA by the date it was submitted. It was revealed from doing a dumpster dive on some filing but I can’t recall the veracity of that as fact. It would make sense based on his insistence as revealed in his email to Amarex and the poor quality of the submission. Follow the money.
