Follow up, I think SEC documents have to be uploaded on business days during set hours. Not 100% sure.
But this likely won't be an SEC document. So since they have access to the OTC Markets system, I think a document can be uploaded 24 hours a day, any day of the year. It's not a filing in the SEC sense of the term. "Publishing" or "posting" would be more accurate.
I would really like to see them meet the extended deadline, but I suppose there really wouldn't be a penalty if they were a few days late. It would go back to pink current right away.
