Pretty sure a document can be uploaded to OTC Markets any time, even a bank/government holiday. I know I have seen them on other tickers come out late at night and on weekends before.
Hoping for tomorrow, especially if the report has something interesting to say. Then the markets have a long weekend to digest it, words get spread, and we finally get moving up in a big way on Monday, especially if they do a PR too.
