Remember, posting hundreds of messages telling the public to "Buy the Cheapies" when the stock is going down every day, for months upon months, for obvious reasons stipulated in 10-Qs and 8-Ks is a very severe form of stock manipulation. Being an owner of the stock and a board moderator at the same time is an even more severe case of stock manipulation.
