If the DEM denies MedRecycler’s appeal, the company could appeal the decision to the state’s Supreme Court, which does have the authority to review the applicability of the new law, the newspaper reported.

.@CLF says legislation targeting MedRecycler won’t stop the project. In a @BostonGlobe article, CLF legal counsel said the bill "would apply to future proposals and would not stop the MedRecycler proposal, which has already entered the licensing process."
