Selective amounts of the huge $48K bid at .0010 being moved up to .0011 to buy from low level flipped - 2 x 3M bought so far.
Flippers need to stach less on the ask - once we get down to 500K > 5M at each priuce point it will be easier for top traders to buy across 3 asks and get OTCX to move up each day - that's how we got all the runs to .0150 > .02 in 2021.
